  1. The MainMail System Help - Files Selections

  4. The MainMail System has the capability of providing you with a
  5. list of new files uploaded since your last new files scan.  This
  6. selection toggles this feature on or off.
  7.  
  8. If this selection is ON, MainMail collects a list of new files in
  9. the forums you have selected and includes this list in your download.
  10.  
  11. If this selection is OFF, MainMail skips this step.
  12.
